‘Solo Takes’ is a collection of songs culled (mostly) from the last two years and stripped down to their essence: vocals & guitar. Accented by the occasional whistle or blow of a harmonica, these versions compliment their more robust full-band takes by offering a quiet, intimate, occasionally imperfect glean at the foundation of Jack M. Senff’s work so far.

Captured simply by two microphones in a room, ‘Solo Takes’ presents a different perspective on familiar shapes & colors, themes, chords--ideas that have transformed or manifested into something new altogether since their initial conception.
